2. What information do we collect?
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number and any details you include in a contact or group-booking enquiry.
- Booking information, including the session booked, ticket types, number and ages or age categories of skaters where needed, payment status and correspondence about your booking. Payment information is processed through our payment (Square) or ticketing provider (Beyonk).
- Your email address and subscription preferences when you sign up for THOR’S on ICE news and offers.
- Information you choose to share with us about accessibility needs, an incident or a complaint. Please only provide health information if it is relevant to your request or safety. We apply additional protections where this is sensitive personal information.
- Technical information when you use our site, such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages visited and cookie choices, where collected by our site and its providers.
- CCTV images at the rink and photographs or video taken by our authorised team at the event. We display notices where appropriate and you can speak to our team if you have concerns about official filming.
If you book for other people, please make sure they know you have shared their details with us and direct them to this policy. Children’s bookings and safety information may be provided by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

We share information only where needed with service providers who help us run the website, ticketing and payments, email updates, customer communications, site security or event operations. We may also share relevant information with insurers, professional advisers, emergency services, regulators or law enforcement when appropriate.
We never sell your data. We share it only with:
- Our ticketing partner [Beyonk] — who processes your booking and payment under their own privacy policy.
- Service providers — email, hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
